What is an Environmental Management Plan?
An Environmental Management Plan is a document which provides information to the Environment Protection Authority on a particular development with the aim of emphasising how the development may impact on relevant environmental factors and how those impacts may be mitigated and managed so as to be environmentally acceptable.
