Staff of TAMS enjoy generous remunerations and conditions of employment provisions which are provided within the TAMS Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.

The following information provides a summary of some of the conditions available to permanent staff:
Leave
The generous leave package comprises
- Annual Leave (annual credit of 20 days)
- Annual Leave Bonus
- Personal/Carer's Leave (annual credit of 18 days)
- Other Paid Leave (may be granted for purposes considered reasonable)
- Purchased Annual Leave (option of purchasing up to an additional 4 weeks per year subject to eligibility criteria)
- Long Service Leave (accessible after 7 years service)
- Maternity Leave (54 weeks leave of which 18 weeks are paid - subject to eligibility criteria)
- Leave Without Pay
Other Benefits

TAMS Enterprise Agreement 2011/2013 Negotiations
Negotiations of the Territory and Municipal Services Directorate Enterprise Agreement 2011-2013 (TAMS EA) have now concluded.
Next Steps
The TAMS Enterprise Agreement must now go through a range of administrative processes before it can be approved by Fair Work Australia.
