Arid Recovery - Roxby Downs main gate 20 kilometres north of Olympic Dam in South Australia.

Arid Recovery - Roxby Downs predator proof fence served a valuable role to design the 11th generation fence at the new Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary. Ten years of trial and error at Roxby Downs has produced a workable design, we have changed a few things to hopefully better suit a woodland environment.

Katherine Moseby, Senior Ecologist and Roxby Downs Sanctuary Manager checks the traps at the Summer 2009 bi-annual trapping and monitoring program.

Katherine Moseby 'bags' a Striped Face Dunnart recently trapped in the Summer 2009 trapping and monitoring program.
Regular checking of the predator proof fence at Arid Recovery - Roxby Downs Sanctuary is undertaken at least every second day.

Arid Recovery staff capture some Bilbies for a health check and microchipping. Bilbies have 'teeth'!

Burrowing Bettongs at Arid Recovery - Roxby Downs are obviously cute and they tolerate humans. They must be watched as they will try and dig out under the fence.
