New Plan of Management

The Jerrabomberra Wetlands Nature Reserve Plan of Management 2010 was tabled in the ACT Legislative Assembly on 28 October 2010 as required under the Planning and Development Act 2007.

Under the legislation, the plan is a disallowable instrument and comes into effect six sitting days after being notified and presented to the Legislative Assembly. This means the plan will commence on Friday 10 December 2010.
