- Work on the Cotter Road realignment from its intersection with Streeton Drive to the new 'T' intersection of Cotter Road and John Gorton Drive is continuing.
- The site access is located off Cotter Road to the west of the ACT Government Stromlo Depot. The Cotter Road speed limit will be reduced to 60 km/h between Streeton Drive and to the west of the site access road during working hours, due to a high number of heavy machinery and workers using the area.
- Remediation of the North Weston Pond project commenced in March 2011 and a revised pond design is underway.
- Work on the Coombs Wright watermain has started and is expected to be complete in June 2010.
John Gorton Drive is to connect Coulter Drive and/or Bindubi Street in the north and to Cotter Road in the south. The road will also form part of a major public transport route for the city.
