The study has involved community consultation through four "information sessions", each focussed on a geographical area of Canberra. Over 130 people attended over the four sessions held in early February. 63 submissions were received on comment sheets at the sessions and 76 submissions via Email and letter from people who chose to send in comments after the sessions or who could not attend.

A report on the information gathered as part of the "information session" process is available for download. The report includes a summary of the consultation involved, Appendix A which is a digitised image of the Canberra maps marked up at the information sessions, Appendix B which is a tabulated summary of the comments received and Appendix C which is the Pedal Power Submission to the study.
