Presentations and Tours
The ACT NOWaste Education team is encouraging community groups and clubs to join them on site for FREE presentations and tours of the waste management facilities at the Materials Recovery Facility (where your household recycleables are taken) and Resource Management Centre (where waste may go to landfill, be sold for reuse, or recycled) at Hume. We are offering a choice of three formats (content detailed below) on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the school year.
We understand that each group or club has a different focus and are happy to discuss how to tailor each presentation so that it is relevant to you.
