Parkwood Road Recycling Estate West Belconnen

Parkwood Road Recycling Estate is an industrial estate located behind Holt next to the site of the old Belconnen Land Fill. ACT Property Group provides industrial sites under licence to businesses involved in recycling and resource recovery activities.

In line with the ACT Governments “No Waste” objectives, applicants must demonstrate how they intend to recycle or dispose of residual waste, while minimising the generation of general waste. To encourage businesses participating in recycling or resource recovery activities, approved recyclers may be offered rental rebates.

ACT Property Group will also accept applications for activities other than recycling or resource recovery however priority is given to recycling and resource recovery applications.
