Metadata
When a Group is expanded, each data layer name within the group will be displayed with a symbol to indicate that the user can active the metadata for the data layer.

All data layers in ACT Locate have an associated metadata page compiled to the ANZLIC Data Set Metadata Page 0 standard. This information is stored in the ACT Geographic Data Directory, which also acts as a node to the Australian Spatial Data Directory.
To display this information for a data set, click on the
tag and a separate browser page will display which contains the metadata. Further details on the Metadata Page in ACT Locate are available here.
